Questions you should ask yourself when choosing a personal trainer.
#1-IS THE PERSONAL TRAINER IN SHAPE HIM OR HERSELF? Chances are if they don't know how to get
themselves in shape they don't know how to get you in shape.
#2-DOES THE PERSONAL TRAINER OR COACH USE OR SUGGEST STEROID USE?
If they don't know how to get themselves in shape without steroids then they don't know how
to get the non steroid user in shape without steroids.
#3-DOES THE PERSONAL TRAINER HAVE MANY,MANY YEARS OF HANDS ON EXPERIENCE?
It's not enough just to memorize something long enough to pass a basic test.The trainer
must fully understand exercise and nutrition and be able to apply this knowledge to real world situations, and this
type of true knowledge takes years,even decades.
